Soo, I tried listening to Wiz' mixtape without being uber smiggity - smack, Lol. But that's damn near impossible. Why ? Cause he's an artist like Kudi..You HAVE to be high when Wiz is swimming thru your ears. I listened to the mixtape once, when I was off my Wiz shit, and another time when I was straight sober. I wanted to feel like Wiz - I wanted to be in his mind..Crawl through it, to see where the FUCK he gets his material from..Borrow his work ethic and such. Um, you might crusify me for this next statement, however -try your luck. I ONLY appreciated Wiz' mixtape when I was in that state - that HIGH state. It went onnnn and onnnn and onnnnnnn too much for me. (Such as Cudi in my opinion). It's like, I don't want to hear about smoking pot, unless I'm smoking pot.. If I'm not smoking pot, give me some new material. To me, the mixtape was a bit redundant..I've heard the material before. I heard about hitting Jay's.. Cudi told me about it. I heard about being on Cloud 9, and wishing you could stay there - Kanye told me about it. His beats however - were SICK.. ILL.. his beats had the swine flu man. He sampled a song from Johnny Jualiano..It went pretty hard.
I think my favorite song off the mixtape is "We're Done". Not only am I madly in LOVE with Demi Lovato -- On this song, he definitely kept up with the instrumental, and I can't say this for ALL of the songs on the mixtape. Okay, so below are a list of ALL the songs on the Kush & OJ mixtape ;)
1) Waken Baken
2) Mezmorized
3) We're Done
4) The Statement
5) Spotlight ft Killa Kyleon

* I didn't include the skits that were on the mixtape *
PS - If you didn't catch my drift, I think the mixtape was VASTLY over-rated. I guess that makes me a Taylor Gang chick. *shrugs*
